Choosing the correct Network Adapter

Most desktop computers only have one network adapter; however, if you are using an All-in-One desktop, Laptop or Tablet, you may have multiple network adapters and will need to tell BlueNote the correct adapter to use.

To do this, click Menu, then Preferences and select the Network Tab. You will need to select the network adapter that your computer is using to communicate with your network. Most of the time you will want to select the adapter that begins with 10.x, 192.x or 172.x.

If you don't know which one to choose, open this same window up on a BlueNote client that is working properly. Once you have chosen the correct network adapter press the Save Adapter Settings button that will appear.  The selected network adapter will appear in green.
