I need to manage System Wide Changes from a different computer

Version 8 allows any registered or active trial user to access System Wide Changes; however, in Version 9, this ability is only permitted in three scenarios:

1. The BlueNote Lights client is still in an active, unexpired trial.

2. The client previously published the last System Wide Changes.

3. The client has had the registration code manually entered, and Administrative Access was selected.

If Administrative Access is not enabled, the user will not be able to proceed when clicking the System Wide Changes button as seen in the smaller box below. Even if previously licensed, the user will need to Copy and Paste the original registration code in at that client manually under Advanced > Advanced Registration and choose Administrative Access when prompted. The user will then be able to edit the Lights Configuration as well as global Conversation Groups.

Without administrative access,Version 9 users do not have permission to open System Wide Changes and edit the global settings. The original registration code was sent to the purchaser as an email, so be sure to contact the practice administrator for this information.
